ABOUT Ogihara (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
“OTC and OTGW”
Ogihara (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (OTC) has been established as a subsidiary of Ogihara Corporation in Japan since February 1987 and started operating February 1990. We are one of the leading automotive tools & dies makers and auto stamping parts manufacturers in Thailand that has been supplying automotive tools & dies as well as stamping parts to renown local and international car/truck manufacturers.
In 2015 Ogihara (Thailand) Co., Ltd., had been obtaining a very good alliance from the 3 stakeholders that became the Shareholders that are Dr. Somporn’s Group of Thai Summit Auto Parts, Ogihara Corporation and ITOCHU Thailand Limited.
Ogihara (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has 2 manufacturing facilities, one in Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok and another is newly plant in Gateway City Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao in 2016.
Currently, Ogihara (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has 2 Joint Venture Companies in India, JBM Ogihara Automotive India Limited (JOAI) in Bangalore and JBM Ogihara Die Tech Private Limited (JODT) in Delhi and another 3 affiliated companies in Pakistan, Philippines and Malaysia are Agriauto Stamping Company (ASC), Pakistan, Valerie Products Mfg., Inc., (VPMI) Philippines and Industrial Quality Management SDN BHD., (IQM) Malaysia

- A Newly Factory Location (OTGW)
Gateway Plant is the second plant that has been established since August 2016. Gateway plant is internally called “OTGW” which is located in Gateway City Industrial Estate. OTGW is away from the main customer, Toyota Gateway plant, only 350 meters that will be supportive for customer in many aspects in terms of transportation’s cost reduction, time effective management and instant quality feedback.
The core products are assembly parts that supplying to Toyota with various models such as Yaris, CHR, Corolla Altis and Camry. We aim to deliver accuracy products by enhancing and deserving the level of quality; accordingly, we synchronize skill labor and technology by implementing Robotics and Automation System including 3D FARO Measurement Technology. The afore Robotics and Automation System including 3D FARO applications help us boosting productivity that could improve to make the process more efficient and simpler.
